Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, occasionally an item may need a little extra curing time — we'll always let you know.
Delivery options
Dutch side (Sint Maarten): free Standard delivery, estimated at 2–6 business days. French side (Saint-Martin): $2 Standard delivery, estimated at 2–6 business days. French-side border pickup: free collection — once your order is ready, we'll contact you to confirm the pickup time and meeting point. You choose your option at checkout.
Express Delivery
Express adds an additional $6 — $6 on the Dutch side, $8 total on the French side, or $6 for border pickup. Express home delivery is same day, subject to availability. Express border pickup gives your order priority handling; we will still contact you to confirm the meeting point and pickup time, and pickup is only finalized once that time is confirmed.

Returns & our happiness guarantee
If you're not in love with your order, email us within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened body-care products, but we'll always make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Damaged during delivery?
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If anything arrives damaged during local delivery, contact us within 48 hours at layeredcare@outlook.com or on WhatsApp, and include a photo of the item and packaging where possible. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
